Finding old jeans, taking them apart seam by seam, and turning them into something great and new is not such an easy task. Especially, when you are trying to produce more than just a few special order pieces. This has been my main project these last few weeks. It's been fun, but also challenging. Is this old jeans concept scalable? Can it be put into production? Can we produce a sizeable quantity of product within our price and timing restrictions?
