What is your returns policy?
Due to the Covid-19 Crisis, NOORISM cannot offer returns at this time. Please allow 7 days for shipping.
How do I return an item?
Returned Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the hangtag still attached. We will not accept items that do not meet these criteria. We recommend using registered mail, since we are not responsible for any lost items in the mail.
Please send returns to 630 Flushing Ave, Suite 704 BF+DA, Brooklyn, NY 11206. Please include your e-mail address & reason for return.
All returns must be paid for by the customer.
How will my items be shipped?
Most orders will ship out within 3 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped by USPS. Once shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, NOORISM cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping & tax charges.
How can I track my order?
